ACTion Team Therapist (Lincoln, CA/Auburn, CA)
We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and passionate Therapist/Clinician for a clinical services position. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team in a wraparound style program supporting individuals who have been involved in the criminal justice system who also experience challenges with substance use and/or mental health. This position may be based out of our Lincoln or Auburn offices.
Adolescent Therapist (Roseville, CA)
We are seeking a BBS registered clinician (AMFT, LMFT, ACSW, LSCW, APCC, LPCC) with a passion for working with teens to provide integrated mental health treatment for the Roseville adolescent program. We offer a team-based and collaborative approach to identify client strengths and needs, develop and implement a therapeutic treatment plan, and provide individual, family and group therapy focused on increasing client success and promoting wellness.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
We are seeking a highly qualified Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations, procedures and processes. The COO is responsible for the efficiency of all business and development aspects of GWC with the goal to secure the functionality of business to drive quality care and sustainable growth. The COO is a part of the organization’s Executive Management Team (EMT) and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Certified Medical Assistant (Grass Valley, CA/Auburn, CA)
This position performs a wide variety of duties and responsibilities in a manner that places emphasis on quality of care and customer service. The incumbent must work collaboratively with all Clinical services staff in support of direct patient services, exhibiting flexibility and a “can-do” attitude. Patient services are the key priority in this position requiring the CMA to serve as a point of contact with other internal and external departments, all with the goal of fostering an environment which promotes patient comfort and trust. The position must exemplify the core values and the mission of the organization, always exercising utmost discretion, diplomacy and tact inpatient/staff interactions.
Client Services Specialist/Receptionist (Truckee, CA and Grass Valley, CA)
We are seeking an experienced receptionist for front office (medical/mental health/substance use disorder treatment) services. The job will be filled by a candidate with a positive attitude, highly motivated and the ability to provide a pleasant and professional image welcoming our patients, while multi-tasking a variety of responsibilities. General office administrative support with an eye for details and exceptional customer service are required. The successful candidate will be required to quickly learn and implement multiple tasks, existing procedures/protocols and absorb/retain a great deal of information regarding our services within a limited time; therefore, exposure and experience in a health care/medical office is required.
Cook/Dining Services Specialist (Grass Valley, CA)
This position assists team members in providing healthy meals to residents of the program, complies with all State and Local regulations regarding the safe handling of food and assists in all related kitchen duties.
Counselors (Roseville, CA)
We are seeking exceptional SUD Certified Counselors for our Roseville location (F/T & P/T). This position provides counseling to individuals or groups regarding substance use disorders and related behavioral health issues. Develop and implement treatment in compliance with all state, federal, agency and all other applicable rules and regulations.
LMFT/LCSW Therapist (Roseville, CA/Auburn, CA)

LPHA/Clinical Supervisor (Grass Valley, CA and Roseville, CA)
We are seeking a part-time or full-time LPHA (Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts) for a clinical supervisor position. This position will require knowledge of clinical assessment and diagnosis with an emphasis on substance use treatment, ability to determine medical necessity, and competence in documentation and billing requirements. LPHAs work collaboratively with clinicians to identify client strengths and needs, develop treatment goals and support client success. This position requires an LCSW, LMFT or LPCC and candidate must meet the qualifications to supervise trainee/associates.
LVN Staff Nurse (Grass Valley, CA)
We are seeking licensed vocational nurses to provide care to chemically dependent patients in residential programs by performing routine and special procedures, observing patient conditions, maintaining a clean and safe environment and other related duties under the supervision of a registered nurse or nurse manager. Assists the registered nurse in providing nursing care in more complex situations. Must be a Graduate of an accredited program for licensed vocational nurses. One year of acute care experience. Recent chemical dependency experience preferred.
Maintenance Technician (Auburn, CA)
In conjunction with health, safety and manufacturer’s standards, performs general cleaning and minor maintenance duties by maintaining buildings (interior and exterior), adjacent walks and grounds and equipment in a clean, orderly and functional condition. Provides assistance to staff, visitors and other employees as necessary.
Peer Mentor – YOR Program (Grass Valley/Roseville/Auburn)
We are seeking a full-time Peer Mentor to join the Youth Opioid Resiliency (YOR) team. YOR is focused on supporting youth and young adults (ages 12-24) who are at risk or struggling with an opioid or stimulant use disorder. Peer Mentors assist youth and their families to learn and practice new skills, connect with community resources, advocate for their needs, and achieve their wellness goals.
Peer/Family Support Specialist – ACTion Team (Auburn, CA)
We are seeking Full time Peer Support Specialists to join the ACTion team. Assist Prop 47 clients and their families in articulating their goals, support learning and practicing new skills, monitor client/family progress, model effective coping techniques, promote problem-solving and communication skills and assist in other self-strategies based on the specialist’s own recovery experience. Assist in supporting and advocating to obtain effective services and to maximize the services they are receiving.
Recovery Residence Coordinator (Grass Valley, CA)
Recovery Residence programs provide a balanced environment to support continued self-improvement and a solid foundation in recovery. Our goal is to encourage the development of life-long skills to achieve long-term recovery and wellness, and tools to live a meaningful, productive, and rewarding life. Under the direction of Program Manager/CEO or their designee, the Recovery Residence Coordinator provides support services to recovery residence clients as assigned. Duties include counseling, evaluation and crisis management, referrals to other agencies as appropriate, Intakes/Exit Interviews for placement purposes, House Checks, Administrative functions of charting, stats, caseloads, and other duties as assigned.

Staff Accountant (Auburn, CA)
Under general supervision, the Staff Accountant is responsible for general ledger (GL) system administration, account analyses and reconciliations in support of the financial close cycle, regulatory compliance filings, and GWC management. Employees in this job class perform general accounting functions in the areas of general ledger, cost accounting, fixed assets, fund accounting, and internal and external audit support. This job class requires knowledge of basic accounting principles (U.S. GAAP) and the ability to use and apply independent judgment and thought to a variety of accounting and systems issues.
