LVN Staff Nurse (Grass Valley, CA)

We are seeking licensed vocational nurses to provide care to chemically dependent patients in residential programs by performing routine and special procedures, observing patient conditions, maintaining a clean and safe environment and other related duties under the supervision of a registered nurse or nurse manager. Assists the registered nurse in providing nursing care in more complex situations.  Must be a Graduate of an accredited program for licensed vocational nurses. One year of acute care experience. Recent chemical dependency experience preferred.

LPHAs work collaboratively with clinicians to identify client strengths and needs, develop treatment goals and support client success. We are seeking a BBS registered clinician (AMFT, LMFT, ACSW, LSCW, APCC, LPCC) to provide integrated mental health treatment and/or wraparound services within our substance use treatment program.  We offer a team-based and collaborative approach to identify client strengths and needs, develop and implement a therapeutic treatment plan, and provide individual, couples, family and group therapy focused on increasing client success and promoting wellness.  Special populations include adolescents, outpatient, residential and wraparound services. Provides therapy and counsels individuals or groups regarding psychological or emotional problems such as stress, substance abuse, or family situations and develops and implements a therapeutic treatment plan in compliance with all state, federal, agency and all other applicable rules and regulations.
