We take private pay, and all insurance plans, including MediCal, with the exception of Kaiser.
To ensure that you are properly informed about any potential treatment costs, we will verify your benefits for you. We will provide you with the most up-to-date information regarding your healthcare plan. Granite Wellness Centers is contracted with most major insurance companies, and are considered an “in-network provider,” for most plans assuring you the lowest copay percentage possible.
