Granite Wellness Centers offers many outpatient services. You do not need to be enrolled in an inpatient program to take advantage of our valuable resources. In fact, many clients find that our outpatient treatment better fits their lifestyle for recovery and wellness.

- Up to a one-year program; counseling approaches vary depending on individual treatment plans

Focus is solely on family concerns pertaining to substance dependency
- Services provided from 8 to 16 weeks
- Families have access to both group and individual programs simultaneously
- Direct access to licensed MFT, MFT-Interns and specifically trained counselors
- Together with trained professionals, participants create and maintain a family recovery plan to support a life free from substance use disorders
- Follow-up support after program completion, including an understanding alumni network
