Court Approved Services
Granite Wellness Centers is licensed by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to provide court mandated DUI programs. We are a provider of Wet and Reckless. This 6-week DUI class is designed for those people who were found guilty of drinking and driving but had a blood alcohol level at or below the legal limit. Additionally, we offer programs ranging from 3 to 18 months.

We know that many clients work or go to school. It is important that we accommodate your schedule. We offer day, evening and virtual classes to meet your needs.
Costs to Attend
The cost of our DUI programs, by law, is be paid by anyone attending the sessions. The fees depend on the individual program length, which may be determined by several factors, including:
- Blood Alcohol Content (BAC)
- Number of Offenses
- DMV Decision
- Court Decision

FAQ’s
You may enroll by contacting the Granite Wellness campus which is most convenient for you. We will reserve a place for you. You will then be able to attend and orientation and enrollment session.
Clients need to bring the appropriate initial payment, along with a Court referral or DMV documentation. This will help us determine which program you will attend.
It is our job to give you “proof of enrollment” documentation for the Court. We will file your “proof of enrollment” for you, online with the DMV.
Our DUI programs include face-to-face, education, and group sessions. GWC counselors bring compassion and humor to each program, along with serious discussion and clear learning goals. Our DUI classes addressed the impacts of alcohol and/or drugs on the body, both physically and mentally. Other key elements include discussion of DUI laws, drunk driving, theories of addiction, and strategies to prevent another DUI.
Don’t worry, there is no homework. However, all clients are expected to attend all activities on time and to keep payments current.
Granite Wellness Centers provides a full range of both inpatient and outpatient services to help our clients on their journeys to successful wellness.
If needed, our DUI program is also designed to assisted individuals in recognizing substance use dependencies and to assist in the recovery process. We are here to support you with certified, compassionate counselors and therapists.
