You Are Not Alone

Many individuals come to GWC in need of detoxification from alcohol or other drugs. Our Residential Treatment programs provide detox for alcohol, opiates, sedatives, cannabis, cocaine, and methamphetamine.

Sub-acute detoxification services include around-the-clock care and are supervised by a Medical Doctor Addictionologist. Your treatment is determined through a medical evaluation. 

Detoxification is the process of removing a toxic substance or substances away from the body, as a result of long-term substance use. Our qualified professionals ensure our clients detoxify quickly, and with minimum discomfort, so that they may continue to the healing process and gain the full benefit of our many counseling and therapy programs.

Once you have made a decision to join us, an individual detoxification plan is implemented. This individualized plan is designed to ensure that each person’s experience is safe and comfortable. People are encouraged to attend counseling sessions and other activities when they are stable, feel ready, and are well enough to share time with others. Granite Wellness Centers staff continuously monitor and make recommendations for additional levels of care as healing progresses.
