Dear clients and partners,
Please be informed that our facilities located at 12183 Locksley Lane, Auburn, CA 95602 and 1530 3rd Street, Lincoln, CA 95648 will be closing effective July 2, 2026. Current clients will be referred to other appropriate Granite Wellness Centers services.
We have implemented a transition plan to ensure that this change will have minimal impact on our clients’ work, family, and treatment. Our staff will use all resources within our network to support our clients with any requests and to help make this transition as smooth as possible.
