We value the safety of our participants, fostering a trusting environment. Our duty to confidentiality is ensured by our legal responsibility as mandated by state and federal law. We diligently follow all HIPPA and State regulatory requirements.
Each staff member is dedicated to upholding these standards in all communications and records. Please know that this also means we will not be able to discuss individual treatment plans with family members until a release of information has been completed and signed.
We encourage our staff and clients to report any potential safety issues. We address any concerns of facility issues or unsafe behavior immediately. Granite Wellness maintains clear policies to address allegations and treats every report of a safety or security infringement seriously.
