We are very excited and proud to announce that Community Recovery Resources (CoRR) has officially changed our name to Granite Wellness Centers. This has been a very intentional process to better reflect our wellness-focused treatment, prevention and outreach services to our clients, their families and the communities we serve.

Granite represents strength, reflecting the strength we recognize in the people we serve, and our strong communities. We encourage the people we serve to dig deep, within themselves, and grab hold of that same solid, inner strength. We appreciate diversity in the people we serve and their strengths and challenges, but the one thing that they all have in common, the thing that unites us all…is that we are so much stronger than we think. We can go further than we ever imagine…if we just believe it.

Our Outcomes

CoRR works to measure how we make a difference in the lives of our patients, their families, and communities. We asked patients, their families, and providers what is important to their success in treatment, and developed surveys based on what is important to THEM to look at how well WE are doing, and what this means for all of US!
